On any given day the Louisville Dessert Truck offers a variety of treats to brighten your day.  Cake slices, ice cream novelties, pie slices, cookies, brownies, and cupcakes.   Louisville Cookies are by special order, so remember to order at least a day in advance!  It's all based on the chef's time and whim.  You'll just have to follow the truck to discover what we've got inside!
